Ragnarok : Hourly Subscription Removed

As of December 13, 2010 the Ragnarok Online Hourly Subscription will no longer be available for purchase.
Remaining hourly subscription will continue to expire as normal.
We are performing this change to prepare for our eventual shift to Free to Play in early 2011. For more details regarding the Free to Play change please visit our forums.

Problems Transferring WPE into a Game account.

Currently all browsers that are not set to Western US language settings may experience a blank page instead of the Transfer WarpPortal Energy page when Powering-up an account.
This happens potentially to all games, accounts and Browsers, it is especially problematic with our outside the US players. This problem can be worked around by temporarily changing your browser settings to western US English language.
This issue was reported and confirmed on December 10. It is being worked on to remove this inconvenience as soon as possible.

Complete Surveys for WarpPortal Points

Do you ever wish you could earn something by giving your opinion? Well you can now! Earn WarpPortal Points by completing Surveys, then transfer those point into Item Mall Points or Premium Subscriptions for any WarpPortal Game.
You can complete surveys that are available to you by logging in to WarpPortal.com and clicking the Power Up! link. You will see 2 new tabs on the Power Up! pages 'Survey for WP' and 'Earn WP'. Clicking on the Survey for WP will show you what surveys are available to you, new surveys are added all the time so come back and check often!
The other new tab on the Power Up! pages is 'Earn WP' which is the same 'Earn Item Mall Points' link that use to be under each game account. With this change, you can complete Offers and Surveys and used the combined points to transfer for Bulk Bonuses and even Premium Subscriptions.
Make sure to check back often as the Offers & Surveys are updated all the time with new ways to Earn and Receive WarpPortal Points.

FreeStyle now offered through the WarpPortal!

With our partnership with JCE we can bring the opportunity to all our WarpPortal players to make a Freestyle account through their WarpPortal account, and access FreeStyle through the Gateway!
As a special launch gift all WarpPortal accounts that register and play FreeStyle by December 31st will get 500 GKash points to customize and power up their FreeStyle account! All GKash will be added during FreeStyle Maintenances which is on Tuesdays 11pm PST.
