ISP Maintenance for NTT 9/12 & 9/17

This month there will be 2 ISP maintenances; Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 2am to 5am PDT(UTC -7 hours) and Monday, September 17th, 2012 from 2am to 5am PDT(UTC -7 hours), that will cause a complete disconnection from our networks and servers.
During this time there server will be up and on, however access to them will be severed.
Once again, during these maintenance period access to the server WILL NOT be available.

From 6pm-8pm PDT access to the payment page our website will be sporadic at best. We ask that if you are trying to make a payment during this time, that you please wait and try again later.

Friday WarpPortal wide maintenance

Logging in and Game Purchases

Temporarily you may have problems logging in on the WarpPortal or using your Item mall points to make in-game purchases. This issue is expected to be resolved by ~ 7am PDT June 20th.
The billing server is doing a few data management tasks that took longer than our normal maintenance window allowed. No damage will be done to your accounts, but due to the CPU load on the server it may not process the login or purchase requests, so do not be alarmed if your Item mall points show as 0 in-game.
