This is your first installment of WarpPortal TV hosted by the Lovely Lita!
Lita will bring you all the latest and greatest news pertaining to WarpPortal and all of its titles. This week, Lita introduces Maestia, WarpPortal's newest title to be entering Closed Beta Testing soon! As well as info on the upcoming AM2 Convention where WarpPortal will be hosting a WarpPortal lounge area, and showcasing Maestia.
We'll be making more Episodes of WarpPortal TV in weeks to come!

Temporarily Disabling Coupon and WVGC on the WarpPortal.

Due to a problem with the Coupon redemption cards we are temporarily disabling both the redemption of coupon codes, on our WarpPortal site.
This will effect purchasing and redemption of WarpPortal Virtual Gift Cards
Also it will effect all redemption of event and purchased gift codes from Newsletters and Playspan.
Once all the problems are resolved we will re-enable the gift code redemption features.
Playspan codes will be redeemable then with no trouble, but all un-redeemed Virtual Gift Cards will fail to work. If you purchased a Virtual gift card but it was not redeemed, please contact our payment department via the support system so it may be refunded.

Special Maintenance Times 4/24/2012

This week's maintenance times will be a little different from our usual times, due to several Microsoft security updates we will be applying on our servers. We'll also be taking this time to make adjustments to our own firewall. Dragon Saga is going to have an extended maintenance to allow testing of the latest update.
Maintenance times for this week 4/24 will be as follows:
Ragnarok, ROSE, Requiem : 2pm-6pm PDT* (UTC - 7 hours)
Dragon Saga: 12pm-6pm PDT* (UTC - 7 hours)
*These times are subject to change, extension, and early completion.

Game and Websites unavailable

On Monday March 26, around 10:30am PST all WarpPortal game and websites were unavailable. This was caused by a Router very near our server network being down. This meant that all traffic to and from our WarpPortal network had no way of reaching our players.
The connectivity was partially restored by 12:30pm PST, but the final cause of that routers failure is not yet known and it may cause connectivity problems until a final resolution is reached.
Hopefully, the problem is resolved without further downtime, but if the WarpPortal becomes unavailable again it is likely due to this same issue.

NTT ISP Maintenance March 13th

Our ISP NTT will be scheduling a maintenance Tuesday, March 13th 2012 between 10:15pm - 2:00am PDT (GMT -7) to diagnose issues we have been experiencing over the last several week.
During this time connection to games, website, and forums will be intermittent.
